The Board of Directors of Stratasys Ltd. has appointed Elchanan Jaglom as the Chairman of the Board of Directors effective February 19, 2014.  S. Scott Crump, whom Mr. Jaglom replaces as Chairman, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board, a position previously held by Mr. Jaglom.
