On August 20, 2007, Harbor Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Press Release announcing the record date to determine Harbor’s stockholders who will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at a special meeting of Harbor’s stockholders now anticipated to be held during September. The Company has not yet determined the date, time or place for its special meeting of stockholders, which will be provided in its definitive proxy statement for the meeting. A copy of the press release is attached as an Exhibit to this report.
