On December 10, 2003, AAR CORP. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing increased orders for certain of the Company’s products and that the Company will announce financial results for the second quarter ended November 30, 2003 on December 18, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. CST. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
