Ken Sichau Steps Down from Radware Board of Directors
MAHWAH, NJ - February 1, 2007 - Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of intelligent integrated solutions for ensuring the fast, reliable and secure delivery of networked and Web-enabled applications over IP, today announced that Ken Sichau has stepped down from its Board of Directors for personal reasons.
Sichau joined the Radware board in 2004. Id like to take this opportunity to thank Ken for the important contributions he made during his tenure as director, said Christopher R. McCleary, Chairman. We valued the insights he brought as a seventeen-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and wish him well in the future.
Radware will not seek to fill his position due to the recent addition of three new directors during the second half of 2006.
