Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On February 15, 2008, the Registrant’s Board of Directors agreed to change its fiscal year from June 30 to December 31, effectively immediately. The Registrant plans to file a transition report on Form 10-KSB for the period from July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.
