Item 5.02.
Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On November 21, 2005, Johnson Outdoors Inc. (the “Company”) announced that David W. Johnson had been appointed as the Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Johnson, 42, joined the Company in 2001 and was the Director of Treasury Services and Financial Analysis before becoming Interim Chief Financial Officer in August 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnson was employed by The Proctor & Gamble Company in a variety of financial positions of increasing responsibility.
