NPC comes to terms with Flynn Restaurant Group, Wendy's on $800M bankrupcty sale

The giant Leawood-based restaurant franchisee wrapped up a fruitful mediation, leading to separate agreements with Flynn Restaurant Group and Wendy's to sell more than 925 Pizza Hut locations and nearly 400 Wendy's restaurants.
