Kenosha businesses again hang plywood, DA's office not filing criminal charges in Blake shooting

Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley on Tuesday announced his office will not file criminal charges against Kenosha Police Department officers involved in the Aug. 23 police shooting of Blake. Charges also will not be filed against Blake, he said.
