H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
The gross proceeds to Aytu, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are $28.75 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
