Harbors and utilities prepare for Hurricane Douglas

As Hurricane Douglas moves closer to the Islands, interisland shipping will be affected as the ports hunker down. Hawaiian Electric and the Kauai Island Utility Cooperative are asking customers to conserve power and plan ahead in the case of rolling blackouts or outages.
