Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. Schedules Preliminary First Quarter 2020 Earnings Release, Tenant Update and Conference Call

Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) (“Spirit” or the “Company”), a net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, today announced that the Company’s management team will be hosting a conference call with investors on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, to provide preliminary first quarter 2020 earnings results and a tenant update. We will be announcing the preliminary first quarter financial and operating results in a press release on Monday morning, prior to the call, and posting a presentation titled ‘SRC Business Update - April 2020’ to the Investor Relations section of Spirit’s website.
