Bioasis Announces Annual General Meeting Results

BIOASIS TECHNOLOGIES INC. The four incumbent directors, Dr. Deborah A. Rathjen, John E. Curran, David M. Wurzer and Dr. Mario Saltarelli, were nominated for election and were re-elected by shareholders. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year.
