Trump's former acting U.S. attorney general joins KC law firm

Matthew Whitaker, the former acting attorney general of the United States, joined Kansas City-based law firm Graves Garrett LLC. President Donald Trump named Whitaker acting attorney general after Jeff Sessions resigned. He served until current Attorney General William Barr was appointed to the post.
