Voya Financial Again Named a ‘Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion’

Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that it has been named one of 180 “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” for the second consecutive year.

Voya’s score of 100% on the 2019 Disability Equality Index (DEI) reinforces the company’s continued efforts to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with special needs and disabilities — as well as their families and caregivers.

The index measures key performance indicators across organizational culture, leadership, accessibility, employment, community engagement, support services and supplier diversity.
