February 21, 2019 / TheNewswire / Ronkonkoma, NY - Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV: GGG, OTCQB: GPHBF) ("Graphene 3D") is pleased to inform shareholders that the Technology Transfer Agreement (the "Agreement") has successfully completed between Graphene Laboratories, Inc. ("GL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Graphene 3D Lab Inc. and a multinational manufacturer (the "Partner") that produces advanced materials including: pharmaceutical, packaging, household, and several industrial materials (see press release published on March 28th, 2018). GL has received an additional royalty payment in the amount of US$60,000, as per the final Agreement commitments for this production campaign.

GL's Partner, with the help of the Company's research team, successfully completed the manufacturing campaign of the advanced material (the "Product") at one of its European facilities utilizing GL's technology (the "Technology"). During the production campaign, GL assisted its Partner with the technical aspects of implementing the Technology within the industrial setting to successfully make the desired end Product.

The Product will now be tested by an independent third party. If the tests yield a positive outcome, the Product is anticipated to be manufactured on a large scale and GL's Technology would be a valuable component of the overall manufacturing process. GL retains ownership of its Intellectual Property ("IP") rights and the successful completion of this Agreement marks another key step towards further monetization and revenue generation from GL's IP.

The Company will explore further potential licensing and royalty arrangements, or a complete sale of its IP, as the Company looks to build its partnership network and secure further accretive transactions.
