Aspen to Announce Third Quarter 2018 Earnings on October 24, 2018

Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen”) (NYSE:AHL) will release its third quarter 2018 financial results on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 following the close of the New York Stock Exchange. The earnings press release and a detailed financial supplement will be published on the Aspen website.

As previously announced, Aspen entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with Highlands Holdings, Ltd. (“HHL”), a Bermuda exempted company and Highlands Merger Sub, Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of HHL, on August 28, 2018. HHL is a Bermuda exempted company held by affiliates of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC, a leading global alternative investment manager. As a result of the Merger Agreement, Aspen will not host an earnings conference call to discuss its third quarter 2018 financial results.
