National Healthcare Policy, Finance & Management Expert, Former Presidential Advisor and CMS Administrator Nancy-Ann DeParle Joins Turn-Key Health Board of Directors

Turn-Key Health (TKH), an Enclara Healthcare company, serving health plans, provider organizations and their members who experience a serious or advanced illness, announces that healthcare leader Nancy-Ann DeParle, one of the country’s prominent experts on healthcare policy, management and financing, has been appointed to its Board of Directors. DeParle previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, as well as the Director of the White House Office of Health Reform, in the President Obama administration. In addition, she was formerly the director of the Health Care Financing Administration (now the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) under President Clinton. DeParle is a co-founding partner of the private equity firm Consonance Capital Partners, LLC. She currently serves on the board of directors of Enclara Healthcare, HCA Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: HCA) and CVS Health (NYSE: CVS).
