UPDATE 1-Arconic to sell unit, posts higher-than-expected profit

Aluminum products maker Arconic Inc said on Tuesday it would sell its building and construction systems unit following a six-month long review of its businesses, and reported a better-than-expected profit on strong demand for aircraft parts.
