CACI Board Director Dr. Warren R. Phillips Named to National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship 100

CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that Dr. Warren R. Phillips, Lead Director on CACI’s Board of Directors, has been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100. The Directorship 100 is an annual recognition of the leading corporate directors, governance experts, policymakers, and influencers who promote exemplary board leadership, oversight, and courage. The 2018 Directorship 100 honorees will be recognized on November 28, 2018 in New York City, and NACD Directorship magazine will feature their profiles in its November/December 2018 issue.

Dr. Phillips was also named an NACD Board Leadership Fellow in 2015, and CACI Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board Dr. J.P. (Jack) London was honored as an NACD Governance Fellow in April 2018. Dr. Phillips is also the co-founder, with Dr. London, of the Asymmetric Threat symposium series, a non-partisan, not-for-profit, pro-bono forum for furthering the national dialogue on asymmetric threats to national security.

CACI’s Board of Directors has an outstanding legacy of leadership over the company’s 56-year history. Its members have included business visionaries, talented innovators, skilled military leaders, and veterans of high-level government service. Members have included Adm. Thomas Moorer, (1988-1993), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Richard Nixon and the inaugural recipient of the U.S. Naval Academy’s Distinguished Graduate Award in 1999; and Gen. William Scott Wallace (2009-present), the U.S. Military Academy’s 2018 Distinguished Graduate Award recipient. The Board has been a leader in sustaining a company culture of ethics and integrity, and its establishment of a Culture, Character, Integrity, and Ethics Committee was the first of its kind for a company on the New York Stock Exchange.

Said Dr. London, “Warren Phillips continues to make superior leadership contributions to CACI’s Board. He demonstrates the highest ethical standards in all he does and an unwavering commitment to creating value for our company. His selection to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ prestigious Directorship 100 reflects the exceptional expertise and dedication all our CACI directors bring to the governance of our company.”

According to Dr. Phillips, “I am proud to serve on CACI’s Board of Directors and honored to join the highly esteemed corporate directors and governance leaders recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors in their Directorship 100 list. It is a privilege to represent the NACD and further its goal of advancing excellence and integrity in board performance.”
