DataQlick's Amazon to Accounting App Takes Complexity out of Amazon Settlement Reports

Easy QuickBooks Online Fees and Sales Automation for Amazon Sellers
SANTA CLARA, Calif. - May 21, 2018 - PRLog -- DataQlick, by DashboardStream, announced the release of it's Amazon to Accounting software which eliminates hours of poring through settlement reports for Amazon Sellers. DataQlick is committed to championing a new era of ecommerce automation and is excited to provide tools for resolving common but daunting obstacles of how to integrate online sales channels with cloud based accounting.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The app is based on a systematic syncing of the user's Amazon Marketplace sales, refund and fees data, which populates automatically for review before submitting to QuickBooks Online. This technology eliminates the need to download and convert Amazon reports which can be extremely complex, having up to 30 different fees, and are difficult to understand. DataQlick's Amazon to Accounting records all sales into one income account, breaks down Amazon fees according to user-defined accounts, and includes the Amazon payout amount, which means the user does not have to record a separate bank deposit. This is done by selecting a consolidated period and clicking on a single submit button per pay period.

One of the unique features of DataQlick's web-based app is the ability to split consolidation reports into two separate months. This is particularly useful to accountants at year end, allowing them to record sales and fees in the appropriate accounting periods.

"This automation not only saves time," says Gennady Batrakov, "but eliminates the stress of poring through spreadsheets trying to decipher fees, and ultimately profitability." In addition to recording the data, Amazon to Accounting analyzes the Amazon information, turning it into simple charts and graphs that allow the user to see breakdowns of sales and fees including average profit per unit, a comparison chart of fees to gross sales, and overall profitability.

In addition to the Amazon to Accounting app, DataQlick also offers it's flagship Inventory Management and Sales Automation app, and PayPal to Accounting addon, both of which offer ecommerce automation to those businesses who use QuickBooks Online for their accounting system.
