Saudi Arabia—and the United Arab Emirates—might have enough “wiggle room” to offset any hole in second-half 2018 crude supplies stemming from renewed Iran sanctions without jeopardizing the agreement between OPEC and its allies on output curbs, says RBC Capital Markets.
