Olympic Steel Employees Donate More Than $1 Million to Make-A-Wish® Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana

Olympic Steel Inc. (Nasdaq: ZEUS), a leading national metals service center, today announced that its employees have contributed more than $1 million to Make-A-Wish® Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana.

Siegal. “Since our initial Working-for-Wishes campaign in 2004, we have helped grant more than 100 wishes to enrich the lives of children with critical illnesses.”

In 2003, Make-A-Wish® America created the Hope Stout Society to recognize donors that attain the $1 million giving milestone. According to Doug Kelly, President and CEO of Make-A-Wish® Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, Olympic Steel is Northeast Ohio’s first donor to achieve this honor. Kelly also shared, “Support from the community is vital to our vision to grant the wish of every eligible child. We are beyond grateful for all that Olympic Steel and its employees have done for local families as we celebrate this incredible milestone.”
