HONG KONG - April 16, 2018 - PRLog -- America 2030 Capital Limited is pleased to announce that it has secured 7 year financing for a 5 property portfolio located in Hong Kong and owned by several private Chinese investors. The firm acted as lead advisor and arranger in securing the financing.
The loan was provided by a major USA insurance company seeking fixed income. The portfolio consisted of one shopping center, three office buildings and a hotel. All the properties are well known in the Hong Kong and the owners intend to hold on to the properties as rents are poised to grow.

The loan was arranged at 5.45% fixed for the first 3 years, increasing just a bit to 6.7% for the remainder 4 years.
According to Val Sklarov, the President of America 2030 Capital, it took 3 months to arrange for the loan and close. A somewhat "speedy" process he states, considering the favorable interest rates and the rather large sum.
