Vancouver, CANADA / TheNewswire / February 23, 2018 - Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. (CSE: IP) (OTC: IPNFF) (FRA: GMS1) ("Imagination Park" or "Company"), an executive producer of the critically acclaimed drama The Kindergarten Teacher, and emerging content producer and distributor, announced the North American distribution deal for the film with Netflix, the world's leading Internet entertainment service.
The Kindergarten Teacher, produced by Maven Pictures, in association with Imagination Park, is the story of a New York teacher (Maggie Gyllenhaal) who discovers what may be a gifted five-year-old student in her class. As she becomes fascinated and obsessed with the child, she spirals downward on a dangerous and desperate path in order to nurture the talent she feels he has.
Directed by Sara Colangelo, the film debuted at the Sundance Film festival earlier this year to critical acclaim, with Colangelo receiving the festivals' prestigious Best Director Award.
