NovaTeqni Corporation Extends Private Placement

Calgary, Alberta / TheNewswire / February 22, 2018 - NovaTeqni Corporation ("NovaTeqni or the "Corporation") (TSXV: NTQ) announced that it had completed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units ("Units") and that it expected that the next tranche of the private placement would be completed later this month. With the consent of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Corporation now announces that additional tranches of the private placement may be completed up until March 22, 2018. The private placement remains subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange

NovaTeqni intends to use the net proceeds of this private placement for the development of new products and for general working capital purposes.
