Bristol-Myers, Pfizer, jobless claims in spotlight

U.S. stock index futures point to a lower start, extending losses on a larger-than-expected rise in weekly jobless claims. Shares of Bristol-Myers and Pfizer rise in the premarket in wake of latest trial results for a blood thinner.
