     On March 8, 2007, Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the sale of non-manufacturing real property located in New Hampshire. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
