TABLE OF CONTENTS
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 21, 2007, we entered into a manufacturing agreement with MiTAC International
Corporation and SYNNEX Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, MiTAC will supply us with
manufacturing, assembly and test services from its facilities
in China and SYNNEX will provide us with final assembly, testing and configure-to-order services
through its facilities in Fremont, California and Telford, United Kingdom.
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 22, 2007, we announced earnings for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December
31, 2006 in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
