Flushing Financial Corporation, the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB, announced on August 26, 2009 that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per common share, payable on September 30, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2009.
