Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On September 10, 2014, Claudia Toussaint, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and a named executive officer of Barnes Group Inc. (the “Company”), gave notice of her resignation of employment with the Company. The resignation will not be effective until after an orderly transition of her duties. The Company expects the resignation to be effective on or about October 20, 2014.
