Magal Security Systems Ltd. Announces the Date of Resignation of its CEO

YAHUD, Israel, February 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magal Security Systems Ltd.
(NASDAQ GMS: MAGS, TASE: MAGS) today announced, that further to its
announcement of November 10, 2008 regarding the resignation of its CEO, that
the date for the actual resignation of its CEO has been fixed for
February 27, 2009.
Mr. Yoav Stern will serve as an acting CEO until the Board of Directors appoints
a permanent CEO.
