On March 30, 2018, The First Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNLC) (the “Company”) announced that F. Stephen Ward retired as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
As announced previously, Richard M. Elder, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, First National Bank, is assuming the additional responsibilities and title of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
The First Bancorp, headquartered in Damariscotta, Maine, is the holding company for First National Bank. Founded in 1864, the Bank offers a complete range of consumer banking, commercial banking, and trust and investment management services through its network of sixteen offices located throughout the Mid-Coast and Down East regions of Maine.
