Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;

Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 26, 2018, the Executive Compensation Committee (the "Committee") of the Company approved an increase in the base salary of David Bullwinkle, Chief Financial Officer, President, Eastman Business Park and Senior Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company, from $400,000 to $460,000, effective as of November 12, 2018. The base salary increase was granted in light of Mr. Bullwinkle’s increased responsibility for the management of the Eastman Business Park Division of the Company in addition to his current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
