Item 5.02 Departure of Directors.

Clive Hollick has informed the Board of Directors that he has been appointed the Prime Minister’s Trade and Cultural Envoy to Kenya and Tanzania and as a consequence has to reduce a number of other commitments, including stepping down from the Board of Gogo Inc. Lord Hollick’s resignation from the Board was given on March 28, 2014 and is effective on March 31, 2014. Lord Hollick looks forward to seeing the company continue to flourish.
