Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 28, 2008, YRC Worldwide Inc. issued a news release announcing that its Yellow Transportation, Roadway, Holland and New Penn business units have a proposal with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters to modify the National Master Freight Agreement, effective April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2013. The modification does not become effective until it is ratified by the affected members.

A copy of the news release announcing the proposal is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1
