On April 30, 2008, Motive, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Motive intends to present additional information during a related conference call to be held on April 30, 2008. (On April 24, 2008, Motive issued a press release to advise interested parties of the earnings release and conference call scheduled for April 30th.)
The April 30 press release and related conference call contain forward-looking statements regarding the Company and include cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated. The April 30 press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
