On January 10, 2007, Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that after an initial review of operating results, it has revised its EBITDA and diluted earnings per share (EPS) guidance for the fourth quarter of 2006 and calendar 2006. Additional information is included in the Company’s press release dated January 10, 2007, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Please refer to the attached data table and Note 1 within the press release for a definition and reconciliation of EBITDA guidance to its most directly comparable GAAP financial measure.
