On April 11, 2006, Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC (the “Company”) distributed an earnings press release relating to the Company’s financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2005. A copy of the press release dated April 11, 2006 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
