On November 7, 2005, Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC (the “Company”) distributed an earnings and production press release and supplemental analyst package relating to the Company’s financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. A copy of the press release and supplemental analyst package dated November 7, 2005 are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
On November 10, 2005, the Company distributed supplemental financial statements relating to the Company’s financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. Copies of the supplemental financial statements are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
