On July 8, 2005, Patterson Companies, Inc. will issue a press release announcing the extension of its exclusive agreement for the North American distribution of the CEREC 3D chairside restorative system with Sirona Dental Systems GmbH. This agreement was entered into on June 30, 2005. Further information, including a description of the terms and conditions of the agreement, is included in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99, which is incorporated by reference herein.
