Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 12, 2007, Hartman Commercial Properties REIT (the “Company”) sent a letter to all shareholders regarding the Company’s past, the recent leadership transition, and the current state of affairs. Also included in the letter was detailed information about James C. Mastandrea’s professional experience, an account of his background, and of the business undertakings that he has led in the past.
