On February 5, 2016, Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced a series of organizational changes at Keystone RV Company (“Keystone”), Dutchmen Manufacturing (“Dutchmen”), and CrossRoads RV (“CrossRoads”). The changes include the promotions of Matt Zimmerman (“Zimmerman”) from President to Chief Executive Officer of Keystone, Jeff Runels to President of Keystone, Troy James to President of Dutchmen, and Ryan Juday to President of CrossRoads. In his new role, Zimmerman and a select group of Keystone’s operations team will provide oversight to Keystone, Dutchmen, and CrossRoads. Zimmerman will report directly to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert W. Martin.
