Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On August 5, 2010, Micromet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
