Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On November 5, 2009, Micromet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
