Effective
February 8, 2008, Alan Shutt resigned as Chief Financial Officer of
Smith-Midland Corporation to pursue other interests.
An
interim Chief Financial Officer from a prominent financial consulting company
will be appointed while an active search is being conducted for a highly
qualified Chief Financial Officer.
