Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 6, 2019, Marianne Brown provided notice that she will resign from her position as Corporate Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (the “Corporation”) effective December 31, 2019. Ms. Brown will continue her employment in her current position with the Corporation through the end of 2019 and provided advance notice of her intention to retire to allow adequate time for an orderly transition and succession of her duties.
