Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 8, 2007, George H. Wilson, Executive Vice President and Director of Stanley, Inc. (the Company), adopted a stock trading plan (the 10b5-1 Plan) in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The 10b5-1 Plan provides that limit order sales may be made monthly over a period beginning March 1, 2008 and ending on February 28, 2009. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the 10b5-1 Plan, Mr. Wilson may sell up to a maximum aggregate of 180,000 shares of common stock of the Company under the plan. All transactions executed under the provisions of the 10b5-1 Plan will be reported through Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
