Stock repurchase program
On January 9, 2007, Tucows Inc.’s board of directors authorized the repurchase of up to $10 million of the Company’s common stock at the Company’s discretion and issued a press release announcing this stock repurchase program. Tucows subsequently issued a second press release containing an amended heading to better clarify the announcement.
A copy of the final corrected press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report pursuant to Item 8.01 and Regulation FD.
