Precis, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a statement today in response to the lawsuit filed against its subsidiary, The Capella Group, Inc., by the State of Texas.  The lawsuit was filed on April 28, 2005, in the 98th District Court of Travis County, Texas, case No. GV501264.
