The Corporation has changed its name from "A.I. Software, Inc." to "Pluristem Life Systems, Inc.", effective June 25, 2003. The name change was effective with the Nevada Secretary of State on June 25, 2003 and will take effect with the OTCBB at the opening for trading on June 30, 2003 under the new stock symbol "PLRS". The Corporation's new CUSIP number is 72940P 10 6.
